The space was the next step for a home-grown burger joint called The Commoner’s Kitchen with the brief given to break away from the idea of how of a food joint/burger joint should look like and rather focus on elevating the customer experience by creating a more evocative and engaging space that welcomes conversations and lingering coffee breaks.

Responding to the existing arches on site we characterized the aesthetics of the space by adding vaults. Thus, the idea of series of arches and vaults which create framed views.
