Inspired by the client's worldly travels to Europe, they sought to cultivate a small, cozy space that evokes indulgence here in Surat, giving rise to 'Konditori'. Inspired by the Swedish language, 'Konditori' is a café that offers artisanal baked goods in the form of a patisserie, boulangerie, and viennoiserie.

The café's overall palette is an amalgamation of lively yellow hues, soothing neutral greys, and the softness of wood textures. Each element seamlessly transitions into the next, following a path of smooth curves. The timeless materiality of the space, accented by dark wooden highlights, not only matures with time but also evokes a sense of nostalgia.
