Baori
Stepwell-inspired installation
The installation revisits the vernacular using terracotta combined with proprietary sensor tech to create an immersive and interactive installation. The proposed installation 'Baori' gains its design inspiration from the stepwells found across the Indian region. Engaging traditional artisanship along with contextualized technology, the Baori is intended to initiate dialogues around holistic conservation and in turn, a holistic take on the term 'vernacular', not just through forms and materiality, but also stories through craft, motifs and soundscapes.

Baori, was showcased at Conscious Collective 2024, in Mumbai, India, developed under the Coded Lines Collective.

Glowing Totem
Sculptural light pole
Glowing Totem is a combination of artistic design and functionality, designed to hang from the ceiling. Conceived as a functional sculpture, it serves both as a source of light and an integrated switchboard. Designed to be either ceiling-mounted or freestanding, the totem adapts seamlessly to different environments—whether illuminating a space from above or standing proudly beside a study table.
Bus Shelter
Indian National Highways
To ensure the standardization of bus shelters to be set up across all National highways across India, the proposed design comprises modular construction which is feasible to assemble. This simple, effective and human-centric modular design helps in segregation of activities without affecting the functionality of the bus shelter. The modules can be swapped according to the need of the context.
