'Guru Shishya' is a traditional Indian methodology of passing knowledge from a succession of guru's to students. Inspired from this mentoring principles, the Centre's design integrates the company's ethos of a more holistic approach to education, encouraging interaction and exchange of ideas between students and teachers.

Spaces for discussions and casual meetings are designed as open ended and adaptive to the ever-evolving needs of both the teachers and the students.
